Alex Reid continued his good form while on loan at AFC Fylde of Lancashire, scoring the fourth goal of a 4-2 home win over Eastleigh in the National League.

The Coasters found themselves two down after the first 15 minutes, but goals from Bradley, Tunnicliffe, and Haughton turned the game around, before Reid completed the comeback.

With 15 minutes to go, Alex Reid took the ball down on his chest and raced through the Eastleigh backline, lashing the ball into the top left corner. AFC Fylde now sit six points clear inside the Play-Offs, with just five games left to play.

Following his first goal for Newport County last week, Ben Kennedy was rewarded with a second consecutive start for Michael Flynn’s side, but could not aid The Exiles in a goalless draw with Tranmere Rovers on Saturday.

Into the seventh tier of English football and the Southern League Premier Central, Harry Draper and Biggleswade Town continued their push for the Play-Offs with a thrilling 3-3 draw away at Redditch United. Joe White remains ruled out for the season.

Andronicos Georgiou and Kings Langley suffered a blow to their Play-Off hopes after falling to a 2-1 defeat at home to Swindon Supermarine in the Premier South. The young Stevenage forward had a chance on the hour mark to halve the deficit, but after winding solo run, dragged his shot just wide of the mark.

In the Isthmian League Premier, Donovan Makoma missed Wingate & Finchley’s 5-1 away defeat to Carshalton Athletic through suspension, after picking up a red card last time out.
