The North Stand’s in accessibility facilities will be open for the first time this Saturday, ushering in a new era of accessibility provision at The Lamex Stadium for supporters...
Supporters will now have access to vastly improved facilities, allowing greater convenience, comfort and choice when watching Stevenage Football Club at The Lamex Stadium.
- Wheelchair Bay Availability & Ticket Purchasing
The Lamex Stadium now has six raised wheelchair bays and eight low level wheelchair bays for home supporters within its new North Stand. Please note, only the raised wheelchair bays will be open this Saturday and Boxing Day, with limited tickets in this area still remaining. To purchase wheelchair bay tickets in the North Stand please visit the Club Shop/Ticket Office in-person or call 01438 223223 (Ext 62) in advance of the fixture.
- Facility Entry
Accessibility users and their careers can access the new facilities in the North Stand through Exit Gate 8. Upon arrival please contact to a steward who will assist you in entering the stadium.
- Toilet Facilities
Supporters can access disabled toilet facilities inside the North Stand concourse, should you require any assistance please contact a steward
- Low Level Counters
Our new North Stand Ticket Office and Concourse Tea Bars are equipped with accessible low level counters.
- Disabled Supporter Liaison Officer
The Club’s DSLO, Steve Fanthorpe, will be on-hand at every home match to assist, advise and help with any issues or enquiries. Steve can be contacted at dslo@stevenagefc.com in advance of all matches.
Amongst the DSLO’s services are the following new initiatives:
- Free Blanket & Poncho Hire
Supporters can now hire free blankets and wheelchair ponchos from the DSLO during inclement weather.
- Food Delivery Service
Supporters can now make use of our new food delivery service prior to kick and at half time. For further information please speak to the Club’s DSLO who will provide you with further information.
