Stevenage Football Club returns home on Saturday 7th December 2019 to take on Crawley Town in a hugely important Sky Bet League Two clash. Here is all the latest off-the-pitch news ahead of the encounter...

  • Home Tickets...

Tickets for Saturday's match are available online or in-store ahead of kick-off. Please remember, all home supporters are no longer be able to pay by either cash or card direct from the turnstiles. All tickets (Paper or via Phone) must be ready to scan at the Digital Turnstiles upon entry. Click here for further information.

Supporters are to be advised that Turnstiles 11-13 (Central East Terrace & now digital) are back open for this fixture for the first time this season, whilst Turnstile 21 (Old West Stand South Entrance) will be for Peterborough supporters located in the West Stand.

  • North Stand...

The brand new North Stand will be open to North Stand Season Ticket Holders for the first time this Saturday. The Club received clearance late yesterday afternoon to open up the seating to supporters.

  • Away Tickets...

Crawley supporters that haven't already purchased their tickets can do so on the day, direct from the South Stand turnstiles. Cash and card options are available.

  • Rainbow Laces...

Stevenage Football Club is delighted to continue its support for Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces Campaign, dedicating this Saturday's Matchday to the cause. The 2019 campaign runs from 22nd November to 8th December, and is calling on fans, players and governing bodies to visibly show their support for lesbian, gay, bi and trans (LGBT) people in sport.

The campaign is backed by the EFL, the Premier League and the FA, and Stevenage Football Club is proud to be showing their support in Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two match against Crawley Town.

Rainbow coloured substitution boards, corner flags, captain armbands and boot laces will be used on Saturday to highlight the Club's continued support for LGBT fans, players and staff across the game.

You can join in supporting the campaign by getting hold of your own rainbow laces. Visit www.stonewall.org.uk/rainbowlaces for more information on that and all other aspects of the campaign. You can also show your support on Social Media by using the hashtag #RainbowLaces.

Supporters are reminded that Stevenage Football Club has an anonymous Matchday Textline that can be used to report any cases of abuse or discrimination.

Stevenage Football Club prides itself on delivering a family-friendly matchday experience for all supporters, and promotes an equal opportunities environment irrespective of people’s faith, gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation or disability.

Fans can anonymously message the Matchday Control Room direct on 07565942294 to report any signs of abuse, anti-social behaviour, foul/abusive language or discrimination within the stadium.

This information will then be processed confidentially inline with the Club’s data processes and where deemed necessary suitable action will be considered and taken.

There is absolutely no place for abuse or discrimination at The Lamex Stadium and supporters found responsible for such behaviour will face the most severe of sanctions.

This season we have a brand new Half-Time challenge featuring our very own Boro Bear. Lucky participants will be tasked with dribbling to and from the edge of the centre-circle to the edge of the penalty box, scoring as many goals as possible during the process.

The Kids Zone is open from 1:30pm in the West Stand Car Park and is bigger, better and more fun than ever before!

Play Giant Connect 4, stick your head through the new Face in the Hole board, get your face painted by professional artist, Stephanie of WhatsaFace, or take part in any of the other fun and games that are available from the Kids Zone at every home matchday.

The Kids’ Zone is also the place to sign up for and collect your Junior Boro Membership packs or get your Junior Boro Passport stamped. PLUS, a selection of First Team Players visit the Kids’ Zone each week between 2pm-2:30pm, so bring your autograph book along and snap a selfie with one of your favourite players!

  • Boro Busker...

This Saturday’s Boro Busker is local guitarist John Powell of Hitchin-based outfit, The Cubanauts. John has played on the local scene for over 30 years and also plays bass, mandolin and banjo.

We invite a different artist each week to entertain supporters by the Ticket Office from 1:30pm, to help build up the atmosphere prior to kick-off.

  • Parking & Travel...

Free parking is available across the A602 in Fairlands Valley car park. Please do not park in the nearby retail parks, on the grass verges or on residential streets.

For those supporters who have a designated parking space at the Lamex Stadium, please note that there will be a 10 minute traffic delay after the final whistle, to allow pedestrians to safely exit the stadium.

We are located just a minute away from Junction 7 of the A1(M). For more details on how to find us, please click here.
  • Shuttle Bus...

Once parked in town or off the train, get to the match with our Arriva Shuttle Bus service which runs from the Bus and Railway Station to The Lamex Stadium for just £1.50 return.

The bus leaves the stations at 12:54, 13:19, 13:44, 14:09 & 14:34 before the game and then at 16:40, 17:00, 17:20 & 17:45 from the stadium.

Please note not to park in the nearby retail parks. It is likely that any supporters who do so, will face a fine.
