Following a period of time without one in operation, CEO Alex Tunbridge says he is pleased to be able to resolve the issue.
“We are very conscious that a new scoreboard has been a long-time coming and therefore we are delighted to finally see one back at The Lamex Stadium," he said.
"Contractors are booked in for next week to finish the fibre optic cabling, as well as install a new surround around the scoreboard.
“This is just the first of many improvements we hope to carry out around the Stadium over the next 8 months, which will also include the installation of a Video Screen in the North-East corner.
"Whilst the new South Stand Scoreboard is smaller than the predecessor, our ability to play video and sound via the new Video Screen will compliment it and provide a much increased commercial and entertainment opportunities to our matchdays.”
