Following the Club’s initial announcement back in May, there has been an unprecedented response from the local community with hundreds of fans and investors receiving priority investment access ahead of today's public launch.

Share In Our Future is another first for English Football, following 2017’s Mini-Bond where the Club raised £600,000 to help build the soon-to-be complete New North Stand. We are now inviting our fans and community to Share in Our Future by offering 12% new equity in the Club.
Having missed out on this season’s play-off positions by just one point, the Club are seeking to raise up to £1.2m to inject directly into the playing & transfer budget, with a view to making the step up to the next level and ultimately reaching the EFL Championship.
All Shareholders will receive Promotion Dividends on their original investment, 25% upon promotion to EFL League One and 75% upon promotion to the EFL Championship, whilst retaining all their shares.
In addition to Promotion Dividends, Shareholders will also receive:
- Full voting rights: Entitling Shareholders to one vote per share, in line with the Club’s majority shareholder
- Consultation rights: Meaning Shareholders will be consulted with and allowed to vote on certain decisions relating to the Club’s operations and development
- Information rights: Providing Shareholders with the Club’s financial statements each year together with exclusive commentary from the Club’s Leadership
