It will be the third Stevenage fixture that Hicks has officiated this season, having taken charge of the 3-1 EFL Cup loss to Norwich and the 0-1 home defeat to Crewe Alexandra in October.
In total, Hicks has refereed 31 games this season, handing out 94 cautions and 5 red cards.
He will be joined by Assistant Referees Marc Wilson and Paul Kelly and Fourth Official Michael George.
