Kinseley has officiated six matches across League One and League Two this season, handing out 18 yellow cards and 3 red cards.
In 2018/19 he took charge of two Stevenage fixtures- the 3-1 home win against Saturday's opponents Colchester United and the 4-1 win at Port Vale in April.
