Stevenage FC Foundation is teaming up with the Watford FC Community and Education Trust and Stevenage Borough Council again, to bring a free weight loss course for men located in Stevenage called Shape Up….
Shape Up is a FREE 12-week weight management course for men designed by Watford FC's Community Sports and Education Trust and funded by Public Health Herts.
The course is aimed at males who are aged between 18-65-year-old, with a BMI of 30+.
The programme will be held at The Noble School, Stevenage, SG2 0HS and will take part every Wednesday from 7:30pm–9pm, starting on the 25th September 2019. The sessions will be split into a 45 minute educational segment and a 45 minute physical activity session.
The two segments are aiming to improve participants healthy lifestyle knowledge, to maintain a sustainable weight loss rather than the typical short-term benefit of a diet-based programme.
