Stevenage Football Club is delighted to announce that it has raised over £8000 within just a few days to help sustain its Commmunity Kitchen Sandwich Service for the next four months...
Although £6000 was the original target, thanks to the public's incredible generosity, £8,305.28 has been raised in total.
The additional £2,305.28 will go towards other Coronavirus Community Careline services.
The club would like to place on records its sincere thanks to all those who supported the campaign and have helped secure its future over the coming months.
The Sandwich Service delivers to over 70's and at-risk members of the public in self-isolation, in addition to Lister Hospital staff on a daily basis. To find out more or to register your place onto the service, call 01438 222222.
