2020/21 Season Tickets are now on sale to the initial priority group...

Supporters can buy their Season Tickets online from www.borotickets.co.uk but please note, only 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders who wish to donate their six game credit from last season to the Club and Stevenage FC Shareholders are allowed to purchase within this inital window (Thursday 27th August-Monday 31st August).

 

A reduced capacity is in place for the 2020/21 season which will see the stadium operate a 1 metre plus operational model in line with SGSA and EFL Guidance. Supporters will also be required to comply with a new COVID Supporter Code of Conduct which can be found here.

 

Fans can purchase Season Tickets as individuals or together in Family Bubbles (persons living together in the same household) or Support Bubbles (maximum groups of six people in total from two households – see definition here).

 

Payment plans are available to help spread the cost. A 30% upfront payment is required, then the remaining 70% will be divided into five payments. A £20 administration charge will be required and the Club will get in-contact to make arrangements for this.

 

Season Tickets are available to be purchase online only, but those requiring assistance are encouraged to ask friends and family members or to contact the Club’s Head of Ticketing Lindsay Powell (lindsayp@stevenagefc.com/01438 223223). For supporters who do not have access to the internet, support can be offered over the phone.

 

Please note that supporters purchasing a Carer ticket will need to select a Carer ticket at the time of purchase and send their qualifying documents to lindsayp@stevenagefc.com.

 

All stadium operation plans are subject to change based upon external guidance, in order to ensure The Lamex Stadium is a safe environment for players, staff and supporters.

 

All sales are subject to the 2020/21 Season Ticket Terms & Conditions which can be found here. Any supporter purchasing who does not qualify to purchase within the set sales window will have their Season Ticket cancelled and refunded.

*Please note that supporters under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Any 2019/20 Season Ticket Holder aged under 14 may purchase a maximum of 1 adult or concession Season Ticket, irrespective of whether the responsible adult was a Season Ticket Holder last season. The responsible adult must meet the criteria for Family or Social Support Bubbles and be purchased at the same time at the junior Season Ticket.

Each application will be checked and cross-referenced to ensure that those purchasing are doing so in the correct priority group sales window. Supporters purchasing in the wrong window will have their application cancelled and refunded.
