Following yesterday’s announcement of Season Ticket prices Stevenage Football Club is pleased to provide supporters with full details regarding its sales process...

Following the outbreak of COVID-19 the Club like all others has had to adapt in order to welcome supporters safely back to The Lamex Stadium. The new measures which have been introduced are paramount for everyone’s safety and we hope subject to the activity of COVID-19, that we will be able to return to normal operations from the 2021/22 season.

A reduced capacity will be in place for the 2020/21 season which will see the stadium operate a 1 metre plus operational model in line with SGSA and EFL Guidance. Supporters will also be required to comply with a new COVID Supporter Code of Conduct which can be found here.

Supporters will be able to purchase Season Tickets as individuals or together in Family Bubbles (persons living together in the same household) or Support Bubbles (maximum groups of six people in total from two households – see definition here).

Unfortunately it will not be possible to allocate Season Ticket Holders their normal seats due to social distancing measures and the requirement to relocate substitutes, press and hospitality guests within the West and North Stands. However, all 2019/20 Season Ticket seats will be held and reallocated back to their original holders for the 2021/22 season (subject to operational restraints) irrespective of whether a Season Ticket is renewed this season. 

All seats and terrace positions will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. A minimum of 1 metre plus will automatically be left between each individual or bubble at the time of purchase by the online ticketing system.

Season Tickets will be available in the West Stand, North Stand and East Terrace. In the event that all three stands sell out then a decision will be made in relation to away supporter access and the sale of the South Stand to home Season Ticket Holders.

In the event that the Club is forced to play any of its home league fixtures behind closed doors, then it shall provide all Season Ticket Holders with an iFollow Pass to watch the fixture. This arrangement will be in place for the first home league game in September 2020, with the Government due to announce a potential return of crowds during October 2020.

Season Tickets are available to be purchase online only, those requiring assistance are encouraged to ask friends and family members or to contact the Club’s Head of Ticketing Lindsay Powell (lindsayp@stevenagefc.com/01438 223223). Please note that supporters purchasing a Carer ticket will need to select a Carer ticket at the time of purchase and send their qualifying documents to lindsayp@stevenagefc.com.   

Please note that all stadium operation plans are subject to change based upon external guidance, in order to ensure The Lamex Stadium is a safe environment for players, staff and supporters. 

Season Ticket sales will be based upon the following priority schedule, with sales commencing from Thursday 27th August 2020 at 10am online at www.borotickets.co.uk:

• Thursday 27th August 2020-Monday 31st August 2020: SFC Shareholders & Season Ticket Holders (STH) that chose to donate their game credit back to the club, choosing Option A in the STH direction letter.
• Wednesday 2nd September 2020-Friday 4th September 2020: STH that choose to take six game credits or tickets, choosing Options B or C in the STH direction letter*
• Monday 7th September 2020-Tuesday 8th September 2020: North Stand Bondholders 
• Wednesday 9th September: 2019/20 Supporters Association, Members
• Thursday 10th September: General Sale

All sales will commence at 10am on the first day of each priority group.

*Please note that due to capacity restrictions it is unlikely that the Club will be able to sell individual match tickets and therefore, those 2019/20 Season Ticket Holders who selected Option C are advised to purchase in the first two sales windows.

All sales are subject to the 2020/21 Season Ticket Terms & Conditions which can be found here. Any supporter purchasing who does not qualify to purchase within the set sales window will have their Season Ticket cancelled and refunded.

*Please note that supporters under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Any 2019/20 Season Ticket Holder aged under 14 may purchase a maximum of 1 adult or concession Season Ticket, irrespective of whether the responsible adult was a Season Ticket Holder last season. The responsible adult must meet the criteria for Family or Social Support Bubbles and be purchased at the same time at the junior Season Ticket.  

The age of applicants on 1st September 2020 will determine discount qualification for season ticket(s), categories are defined as follows; 

• Adult - Born between 02/09/61 – 01/09/2002 (18-59)
• Concessions - Disabled (Proof of medium–high living disability allowance or equivalent PIP Award), Students with valid ID Card, 60 & over – Born on or before 01/09/1961, Ex/Current Serviceman/woman (with a Defence Discount Service Card), NHS/Emergency Service Workers
• Under 18 - Born after 01/09/2002
• Under 12 - Born after 01/09/2008

Concessions have a duty to inform the Club if circumstances change, and upgrade remaining tickets. Proof of qualification for Concessions must be carried at all times. Failure to provide proof may result in sanctions being imposed which may include, but not limited to, ejection and banning from the Stadium without refund.

The Club reserve the right to request each Season Ticket holder provides proof of identification in the form of a Driving License, Passport or valid Photo ID Card upon entry or at any time within the Stadium footprint.

A Payment Plan will be available to supporters to help spread the cost of Season Tickets during this difficult time. The zero interest plan will require supporters to pay 30% upon purchase of their Season Ticket and the remaining balance over the course of five consecutive monthly payments. All orders using the service will be charged a £20 administration fee per ticket. Simply select 'Payment Plan' when purchasing your Season Ticket/s.

Each application will be checked and cross-referenced to ensure that those purchasing are doing so in the correct priority group sales window. Supporters purchasing in the wrong window will have their application cancelled and refunded.
