Vote for your GCIS November Player of the Month

3 December 2020

Stevenage supporters can now vote for their GCIS (UK) Ltd Player of the Month Award for November...

The highlights of a much-improved month includes the progression to the Third Round of the FA Cup, after beating Concord Rangers and Hull City on penalties, and a 2-1 win over Port Vale in Sky Bet League Two.

Our shortlist for the November Player of the Month is as follows:

  • Jamie Cumming: Nominated for the third straight month, Cumming once again performed to a high standard throughout November including helping the team to two penalty shootout victories in the FA Cup with some crucial saves.
  • Tom Pett: The return of Pett to Stevenage saw an immediate impact, creating a stand-out assist in his first game back against Concord Rangers, scoring against Bolton and recording another assist against Port Vale.
  • Danny Newton: After failing to score for the first two months of the season, Newton burst into life in November, scoring against Concord Rangers and Port Vale. In addition to his goals, his all-round performances have gone from strength-to-strength.
  • Aramide Oteh: Having patiently waited for his opportunity to shine, Oteh took his chance in November by scoring twice and assisting on three occasions, giving the team a new dimension in attack.
