Ahead of Saturday's return of Season Ticket Holders, supporters are encouraged to read the following guide which includes important information which must be considered prior to travelling to the Lamex Stadium...
Transportation
Supporters are advised to travel to the stadium in their household or social bubble. Where possible supporters are encouraged to walk or drive and park in Fairlands Valley Car Park and cross to the Stadium using the pedestrian underpass. Please note, the Arriva Matchday Travel Bus will not be in operation until further notice.
Entry Procedures
Entrance to the stadium will be via the following turnstiles from 1:30pm:
- West Stand Seats 1-98 – Turnstiles 1 & 3 (Broadhall Way)
- West Stand Seats 127 – 224 – Turnstiles 18 & 20 (Monkswood Lane)
- North Stand – Turnstiles 4 & 6 (Broadhall Way)
- East Terrace – Turnstiles 7 & 9 (Broadhall Way)
Upon approach to the turnstiles you will be required to sanitize your hands before entering and then again once you have entered the stadium. Supporter Service Staff will be on hand to provide additional entry information and assist with social distancing.
Please ensure you arrive early as entry procedures will be longer than normal.
One Way System
A one way system will be in operational for all perimeter walkways. Please ensure you keep left at all times, observe social distancing and do not stop, block or congregate on the walkways.
When entering and exiting the stands please follow the directional signage and ensure empty rows are used for passing.
Face Coverings
Face Coverings are compulsory in all internal and external areas of the stadium, unless medically exempt or for children under the age of 11. For yours and others safety please also wear them when queuing to enter the Stadium or accessing the Club Shop. Please see here for Government guidance on face coverings.
Seat / Terrace Allocations
All supporters are required to sit or stand in their designated seat or terrace position as detailed on their Season Ticket Card. Please note that all tickets are non-transferable.
If you are in the East Terrace and don't have your specific spot location on your Card, you can visit the Ticket Office before kick-off to get yours applied, otherwise our staff on the turnstiles will have all locations noted to help advise upon entry.

Supporter Conduct
All supporters will be required to adhere to the Club’s Supporter COVID Code of Conduct which can be found here. Supporter compliance is vital to ensure supporters can continue to watch matches at The Lamex Stadium.
Food & Drink
Unfortunately, all tea bars will be closed for the foreseeable future, in order to increase circulation levels in walkways and concourses allowing for an increased COVID stadium capacity.
Theatre style roaming sales of cold drinks, crisps and chocolate will take place in the North and West Stands, supporters will also be able to bring their own food and drink. Please note that no cans, glass bottles or other non-permitted items listed in the stadiums ground regulations are allowed to be bought into the stadium.
Toilets
Toilet capacities will be reduced to adhere to social distancing. Face coverings must be worn at all times whilst using toilets. You may have to queue at peak (half-time) periods.
Bars
Due to Government Tier 2 restrictions, the Broadhall Suite will not be open for the foreseeable future. The 76 Lounge will be open for pre-match hospitality only.
Club Shop
The Club Shop will be open from 10am till kick-off. Please note that access will be limited to one in one out in order to comply with social distancing. Face coverings must be worn when queuing and in the Club Shop.
North Stand Ticket Office
The North Stand Ticket Office will be open from 12pm till kick-off for Season Ticket queries only. Please note there are no tickets available for general sale for this fixture.
Exit
When the match ends walkways all revert to exit (down) flows. Please head to your nearest exit and keep moving whilst complying with social distancing. Do not block walkways. Consider staggering your exit to allow the peak to pass.
