Send in your messages of appreciation for local NHS staff

24 March 2020

Each week, as part of Stevenage FC's Community Careline Sandwich Service, the Club will be making regular deliveries to the incredible staff at Lister Hospital...

The first batch went out on Tuesday morning, with the help of Jon Ashton and Scott Cuthbert who lent their time for the cause.

To show your appreciation for the brave and fantastic work that they do everyday, we would like you to send in your messages of love and support to be attached with each sandwich that will go out to the staff.

The sacrifice that the doctors, nurses and staff members of the NHS can't be overstated during this Coronavirus crisis, and that is why is why we would love to receive your messages of support.

Simply email communitykitchen@stevenagefc.com or send us a Tweet for your message to be delivered. Please note, all messages should be no longer than 30 words long.

You can also support and donate to the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust's #HereForEachOther appeal as they aim to raise funds for local hospitals & staff during the current crisis.

Remember, the single most important action you can take to fight COVID-19 is to stay at home, therefore protecting the NHS and saving lives.
