Stevenage FC 2020/21 Season Ticket Holders have all been emailed this week to be reminded about the new process for watching home league games on iFollow, which means no need to apply for a Match Pass and enter a Voucher Code...
Our home game against Grimsby Town on 31st October 2020 was the first match since the change was implemented, and many Season Ticket Holders were able to successfully watch the game by simply logging in to your iFollow account and visiting the Match Centre.
However, for those Season Ticket Holders whose email addresses were not successfully matched, please read and follow the appropriate steps by Wednesday 18th November. If you miss this deadline, then changes will be implemented ahead of the following home game.
- If there are multiple Season Ticket Holders under your email address, please send the names/email addresses for the other members of your bubble. For them/yourself to all have automatic access to the live streams, please ensure that the addresses match up to their iFollow accounts or that they create an iFollow account under the email addresses sent.
- If you need to change your email address that we have registered, as it doesn’t match your iFollow account, please send the email address linked to your iFollow account.
- If you would like to keep the email address that we have registered, but your iFollow account is under a different address, then please create a new iFollow account under the address we have registered.

Season Ticket Holders can log-in to their iFollow account and check the status of their account by doing the following:
- Log in to your iFollow account
- Click your name in the navigation bar to get to the 'My Account page'
- Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If you have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket - Stevenage FC' listed here. All changes are expected to be implemented by Friday 20th November.
Should your changes not be implemented in time and/or we aren’t able to find a matched address to your iFollow account, we will be sending codes out ahead of the game.
