Important Season Ticket Holder Update: iFollow process changing

In an effort to improve the process and help avoid some of the issues that supporters have experienced so far this season, the Club will no longer be sending out Voucher Codes for Season Ticket Holders to redeem.

Instead, Season Ticket Holders will be able to simply log-in to their iFollow account and watch the games without needing to apply for a Match Pass or enter a Voucher Code, starting for this Saturday's home match against Grimsby Town.

In-order for this to work, Season Ticket Holders must ensure that they log-in and use iFollow with the same email address that they purchased their Season Ticket with, and have been receiving the Voucher Codes from to this point.

For supporters who have an iFollow account with the same email address as their Season Ticket, there is nothing needed to be done. For supporters who have used a different email address for iFollow than their Season Ticket, we recommend setting up an iFollow account with the same email address.

All Season Ticket Holders have now been contacted via email to confirm these changes. If you receive an email - this is the address that you should set up your iFollow account under.

By Friday of this week, Season Ticket Holders should be able to log-in to your iFollow account and visit the Match Centre and see the message, “Access to the match live on iFollow will be available here from 1 hour before kick-off”.

Log in to your iFollow account
Click your name in the navigation bar to get to the 'My Account page'
Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'

If you have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket - Stevenage FC' listed here.
