Stevenage Football Club Foundation has been working extensively over the past few months to engage with older adults in the local community who may be feeling lonely or isolated...

Thanks to government funding through the EFL Trust, Stevenage FC Foundation has expanded its work in this area, including the start of our ‘Club Cuppa’, a virtual session for over 60’s to be able to chat and socialise with other Stevenage FC supporters.

Over 60's Season Ticket Holders and SA Members were invited to attend Monday's first session, led by the Club’s Supporters Liaison Officer, Matt Gray. Fans discussed all things Boro and the feedback received was overwhelmingly positive.

These sessions will be held weekly over Zoom on Monday’s at 11am - and will include special guests from the club over the coming weeks - so if you are over 60 and would like to join in our next ‘Club Cuppa’, please email chat@stevenagefc.com for more details.

Also, ever since lockdown, Stevenage FC Foundation has been producing monthly Activity Packs for older adults, which are free to access and contain a variety of activities, games and recipes that can all be completed at home.

The latest edition is now available, so if you would like to download a free October pack, please click here and fill-out the questionaire.
