Boro's unbeaten run of twelve games came to a halt on Saturday in Greater Manchester, as play-off chasing Salford City overcame the challenge of Alex Revell's men with a 2-1 victory. Luther James-Wildin's long distance strike levelled the game on the hour mark, but Gary Bowyer's side rallied to regain ther advantage with fifteen minutes left to play.
Stevenage are without defeat at home since January though, and are aiming to finish the season as strongly as possible - after Saturday's results confirmed that Boro will play in the Football League next season.
