Changes to the operation of the West Stand at The Lamex Stadium due to EFL COVID protocols…
Ahead of tomorrow night’s pre-season fixture against Watford FC, home supporters are advised that that the West Stand is now operating as two separate stands. This is due to the implementation of a Red Zone for players and match officials in line with EFL COVID Regulations.
The Red Zone includes home & away dressing rooms, the tunnel, the pitch and any location inside the stadium required by players and match officials. Consequently, supporters are now no longer able to walk across the tunnel area, meaning that the Northern and Southern ends of the stand are now operating separately.
Home supporters with West Stand tickets numbered 1 to 108 (inc. up to 117 rows FGHJK) must use Turnstiles 1-3 (Broadhall Way) as usual to access the Northern Section.
Supporters with West Stand tickets numbered 118 to 222 (inc. 117 rows BCDE) must use Turnstile 21 (Monkswood Lane) to access the Southern Section of the stadium.
Please note, supporters in the Northern Section of the West Stand will not have access to a Hot Food Tear Bar – apart from pies, pasties & sausage rolls.
Any Season Ticket Holders in the West Stand Northern Section wishing to move to the West Stand Southern Section can do so by emailing email@example.com.
The Club is also in the process of installing a new card payment system in its Tea Bars ahead of the start of the EFL League Two season. Card payments will be unavailable for pre-season fixtures.
