Ahead of Friday’s pre-season fixture against Crystal Palace and the return of supporters to The Lamex Stadium, those planning to visit are encouraged to read the following Return of Fans Code of Conduct ahead of the 2021/22 season…
In order to assist our staff and stewards, and to help protect you and your fellow spectators, you are kindly requested to follow these guidelines when attending The Lamex Stadium:

Do not attend if you are feeling unwell and have COVID symptoms which may include a headache, sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, persistent cough, fever, myalgia, diarrhoea, loss of smell and taste, fatigue, loss of appetite and rash/tongue involvement.

Supporters are encouraged to scan the Track and Trace QR Code upon entry to the stadium.

Respect and follow the instructions of all staff and stewards.

Government guidance is to observe social distancing and therefore, supporters are encouraged to do so in all internal areas and be aware in external areas including queues and toilets.

Arrive early, to allow extra time for our enhanced entry procedures.

Use contactless payments where available.

Remain in your seat or terrace location wherever possible.

If you need to access any of the ground’s amenities, such as toilets or food and drink outlets, follow the relevant safety measures. Follow directional flows, avoiding face to face passing.

Maintain good hand hygiene – use the sanitiser dispensers provided and avoid touching your face, or handles, railings etc. whenever possible.

Observe respiratory etiquette – always cover your mouth if needing to cough or sneeze and be aware of those around you when shouting, singing or celebrating.

Avoid hugs, high-fives and any close contact with people who are not within your household bubble.
Please be aware that the Club will be subject to regular inspections regarding the implementation of COVID related safety protocols. Please do not endanger the Clubs ability to welcome supporters to The Lamex Stadium.
