2021/22 Fixtures Revealed

24 June 2021

Stevenage Football Club's Sky Bet League Two fixtures for the 2021/22 can now be revealed...

Alex Revell start their campaign with the mirroring of last season's opening day, as Barrow make the long trip south to The Lamex Stadium. Two away trips to Bristol Rovers and Bradford City follow before returning home to take on Port Vale and seeing out August away at Walsall.

Stevenage visit newly promoted Sutton United on the second Saturday of September, either side of home games vs Swindon Town and Forest Green. Harrogate away follows before a busy October.

Six games including three at home against Hartlepool, Exeter and Leyton Orient and three away vs Oldham, Northampton and Newport take place in the final autumn month, as the campaign picks up steam ahead of a crucial winter period.

Two away days at Rochdale and Tranmere follow two home games against Mansfield and Colchester United, before festive fixtures begin to take place. Boro play Scunthorpe and Carlisle at home ahead of our final game before Christmas - an away trip to Salford. Crawley Town are the visitors on Boxing Day before a trip to Swindon Town on the 29th December.

Stevenage kick-off the new year away at Forest Green Rovers, before home games against Walsall, Sutton United and Harrogate Town either side of the long journey North to Hartlepool.

February begins with Crawley Town away before entertaining Bradford City at home on a Tuesday night and visiting Barrow the following Saturday. Bristol Rovers at home and Port Vale away wrap up the winter period.

Trips to Leyton Orient, Mansfield Town and Exeter City are in store for Alex Revell's men in March, with home games against Newport County and Northampton Town.

Boro play Oldham on the first Saturday of April and then travel to Colchester United the following weekend. On Good Friday, Rochdale visit The Lamex before Stevenage visit Scunthorpe United on Easter Monday. A home game against Tranmere Rovers and the trip to Carlisle United wrap up the month of April.

The season concludes on Saturday 7 May as Salford City visit The Lamex Stadium.
