It’s time to select your September goal of the month...
We’ve got some fine strikes to choose from, with Ben Coker’s first league goal since 2015 and couple of stunning strikes form the Stevenage Women’s.
But who gets your vote?
Goal A – Ben Coker vs Swindon Town
Jake Taylor's chipped cross on the edge of the Swindon box seemed to elude everyone until Ben Coker collected the ball at the box back post and passed his man, shooting beyond the goalkeeper.
Goal B – Harry Giroud vs Leyton Orient
A well worked team goal for the U18’s, saw Harry Giroud on the edge box compose himself well and place the ball into the top right-hand corner past the keeper.
Goal C – Elliott List vs Sutton United
Chris Lines found himself in the middle of the park with the ball at his feet before playing a wonderful ball to the lightning-fast Elliott List. Stevenage's leading scorer made no mistake in reaching the back of the net as he raced through on goal.
Goal D – Sophie Davidson vs vs AFC Wimbledon Women
Stevenage Women sent a long ball upfield to Sophie Davison, who had a fantastic touch before striking the ball with her right foot from thirty yards out and lobbing the keeper.
Goal E – Louise Godden vs Enfield Town Ladies
Another wonder goal from Stevenage Women’s. Louise Godden skipped past her women on the left wing before smashing the ball into the top left-hand corner and winning the game 1-0 for Stevenage Women’s.
Supporters have until 5pm on Monday 11th October to cast their vote.
