Despite a difficult month on the pitch, these standout performers make up the shortlist for December Player of the Month.
- Scott Cuthbert – After a start to the season through hindered by injuries, Captain Cuthbert has helped the team pick up points in a vital clean sheet draw at Swindon Town.
- Ben Coker – His second time up for nominations in four months, since coming back from injury Coker has shown real leadership and consistency throughout the month of December.
- Jake Taylor – Always at the heart of the Boro midfield showing real passion and energy all around the pitch.
- Luke Norris - Luke Norris has shown to be a huge asset to Paul Tisdale and helped pick up a point against Scunthorpe with a thunderbolt strike from outside the box.
