Stevenage Football Club has agreed terms with Norwich City for the loan signing of Saxon Earley until the end of the season…
The young left-back becomes Steve Evans’ eleventh signing of the summer, joining on loan from Championship side Norwich City for the duration of the 2022/23 campaign.
Having captained The Canaries’ Under 18s and Under 23s teams, the highly regarded 19-year-old joins Stevenage for his first experience of senior football after spending the past week on tour in Germany with Dean Smith’s First Team.
“There wasn’t a doubt in my mind as soon as I knew that Stevenage were interested”, said Earley upon signing. “It’s a good club that I’m excited to join, and I’m glad to be here".
"It’s a great experience for me. I’ll work hard not just for myself, but for the Club and for the fans. I want to have a positive impact on the team, help us push forward and see where we can go this season”.
