Supporter Update - West Stand

10 March 2022

The West Stand at The Lamex Stadium will return to normal matchday operations from this Saturday vs Newport County…

In light of recent Government guidance and the latest update from the EFL, all Covid-19 related protocols - including the red zone - have been removed from matchday operations at The Lamex Stadium.

From Saturday 12th March 2022, supporters will be able to access the full length of the West Stand from Turnstiles 1-3 on Broadhall Way. Admission for all home supporters returns to the digital turnstiles, with Turnstile 21 on Monkswood Lane now closed.

Passing through the tunnel area is now only restricted when players and match officials enter or exit the pitch.

Therefore, supporters can now access both tea bars at either end of the West Stand which continue to accept both cash and card.

Please note that although Covid-19 protocols have been removed, the virus has not. The Club actively encourage supporters to continue to sanitize their hands at the stations around the ground, consider wearing face masks in internal areas and please stay at home if feeling unwell.

In addition, there will be extremely limited parking available at Fairlands Valley for Saturday and Tuesday’s home games due to the Stevenage Fun Fair taking place this week.

Supporters are encouraged to use the various affordable pay & display options in the Town Centre and other methods of public transport. Supporters are asked not to park in the nearby retail parks, on the grass verges or on residential streets.
