For the first time in the Club’s history, Boro will compete in Round Three of the League Cup, coming up against Charlton Athletic at The Lamex Stadium.
Jamie Reid’s ninety-third minute winner against Peterborough United in the previous round was rewarded with another home cup clash and again hosting League One opposition.
