Goalkeeping duo Rylee Mitchell and Max Woodford have been called up by England for their respective age groups…
Rylee Mitchell, who signed his first professional contract with Stevenage in May, has been selected to join England’s Development Training Camp and will be put through his paces by England’s team of goalkeeper coaches at St George’s Park.
The camps are designed for players to showcase their talents and prepare them for international football with a view to being selected for their respective age groups in the national squads.
Max Woodford, who became Stevenage’s youngest First Team debutant last month at just fifteen-years-old, has been put on the standby list for England Under 16s who host Ireland and the Netherlands at the England National Team training base later this month.
Additionally, 17-year-old Elyh Harrison, who was sold to Manchester United for a significant six-figure fee in Summer 2022, made his England U18s debut in their 1-0 win over Morocco in October, before making his England U19s debut a month later in their 7-1 win over Mexico.
