The 21-year-old midfielder joined Stevenage from the Premier League side late last night at the close of the summer transfer window.
After two months of patience, the Club is delighted to have beaten stern competition for White’s signature, with several offers from other clubs also on the table.
Having made his senior debut for Spurs in November 2020, the former U18 England international enjoyed loan spells at Portsmouth and Derby County.
Chairman Phil Wallace said, “We’ve seen a lot of Harvey over the years with Spurs U21s playing at The Lamex Stadium, and we’re delighted to conclude this late deal to join us on a permanent transfer”.
