Stevenage FC

Born and bred in Stevenage, Amy Makewell made her debut for the Boro; in a 5-2 defeat to Luton Town in August 2017 and has remained at the club ever since. She was finally off the mark with a brace against Enfield Town, the first of sixteen that season. Since then, the former Watford and Spurs player has maintained her scoring record, being the top goalscorer for the club last season and this year, hit her 100^th appearance against Royston Town, one of only four players to achieve that honour. This is something that would have been achieved earlier if not for the COVID interruptions. Amy is the current Vice-captain for the squad, but with Lucy Webster convalescing, Makes has been the senior pro and locker room leader.  A consummate pro, Amy Makewell is the definition of a club legend.
