Cambridgeshire born Mia O’Brien arrived at the club at the start of the 22/23 season, sharing first team duties with Celine Ray in between the posts. Having previously played for Royston Town, Herts Vipers, Pro Direct Academy and Watford Ladies, Mia continued her development on the pitch by starting in the 3-2 win against AFC Sudbury last season. This season, Mia has spent her share of time in the Under 23s, although last season the reverse was true as Mia was in the net for the County Cup final against her old side Royston playing all but one minute of the final in a thrilling 2-2 draw which Boro’ went on to win on penalties.
