Izzy was denied a debut against Harlow in the 2022/23 season as her half an hour was chalked off the board when the opponents withdrew from the league – voiding the result and the appearances. Ruse played in pre season friendlies that season against Dunstable and London Seaward, but featured mostly for the development squad with ten appearances and a goal to boot. This season, Izzy has made her official first team debut in a game against Wormley Rovers in the County Cup first round. Her appearance from the bench topped off an impressive set of performances in the Under 23s where she regularly captained the side. Izzy has been missing from the squad with an injury sustained in training, but is looking to return in the New Year.
