A trip to St Albans City will complete Stevenage's pre-season preparations this Monday evening (4th August).
The game at Clarence Park (7.45pm) against the newly promoted Conference South outfit comes just five days before the start of the new Sky Bet League 2 season and will be Boro's ninth and final pre-season fixture of the past month.

How to get there:
By Road: From Stevenage come off A1(M) at junction 3 onto A414 to St Albans. At next major roundabout take the A1081 exit to St Albans. Follow road for approx 1 mile until mini-roundabout (Great Northern pub on left). Turn right into Alma Road. At traffic lights turn right into Victoria Street and continue to junction with Crown pub. Go straight across into Clarence Road, ground is first on left about 50 yards past junction or take the next turning on the left into York Road, the ground entrance is at the end of the road on the left. Parking is available around the ground on local streets but please check parking restrictions and respect neighbours by not blocking driveways. St Albans City station is a 5 minute walk away and has a large car park.
By Rail: There are no direct trains from Stevenage to St Albans but if fans really wish to let the train take the strain then they'll need to get a service into London Kings Cross, walk next door to London St Pancras and then hop on a service back north to St Albans City station. Journey time will be approximately 1 hour, 20 mins. Services home again via St Pancras depart at 22.00, 22.30 and 23.00.
